Nineteen

Lefty pulled into the lead with 10. Still 9 follicles on the right. I have 5 follicles measuring 18 mm and several others over 15mm. The endometrial lining is up to 7mm...not too shabby. Doctor says we're looking good. Another ultrasound at 8am tomorrow.

Unless something unexpected is revealed by the labs, we're set for one more day of stimulation injections, another injection to suppress ovulation this evening, and then a trigger shot tomorrow night. That will put us with no injections on Friday, and the egg retrieval at 7:30 am on Saturday.

We are registered to run the Fall Classic Saturday morning, but now we'll just be trying to figure out how to pick up our numbers and t-shirts. Darn.

At the retrieval Charlie will learn how to give the 50mg progesterone injection in my rump. I'm really not looking forward to that. And I know it's just as hard for him to hit me with that 1.5 inch needle as it is for me to take it.

After that, we're looking at Tuesday if it's a three day transfer or Thursday if it's a five day transfer. Then back to letting nature run her course and the two week wait.
